LWSA Annual Meeting & Awards Dinner

The Lake Winnipesauke Sailing Association, Inc. Annual Meeting and Awards Dinner will take place on Thursday evening October 12th (rain or shine) at the Owl's Nest Golf Club, 40 Clubhouse Lane, Campton NH 03223. Directions are available at:

The planned events will include the election of officers for next year, review of our financial position, and the presentation of various awards. Before the meeting and dinner, there will be a Golf tournament for those who wish to play (with half of the fees going to the LWSA).

A terrific meal is planned but we are asking each boat's crew to bring along an hors d'ouevre to share with our fellow sailors and racers.

Payment may be made by check or credit card in advance of the event or by cash, check or credit card at the event itself. We would, however, appreciate reservations in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Let's end the season with a good turnout. There are a number of very important awards to present so please show your support for Fleet #1 and the LWSA by attending this special event!

Schedule:

1:00 p.m. - Nine-Hole Golf Tournament

Line up a foursome under your boat's name for a nine-hole scramble format tournament. Each team must consist of at least one person who sails or races regularly on that boat - prizes and bragging rights are at stake - $40.00 per player - Half the proceeds go directly to the LWSA - If you finish early, keep playing until dark at no extra cost.

5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Cocktails and Hors d oeuvres

Bar service under the tent. Please bring some sort of hors d'oeuvres to share with the Fleet.

6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. - Dinner

An Owl's Nest favorite buffet is planned as follows:
Homemade Corn Chowder
Mixed Green Salad
Baked Ham, Carving Station with Maple Raisin Sauce
Grilled Salmon with Pomegranate Molasses
Baked Macaroni and Cheese
Bread and Butter
Blueberry Cobbler

Price is $20.00 per person including tax and gratuity
