Dave will go through the racing rules, ensuring that we understand the rules and how to apply them to situations that can assure safety and  maximize winning tactics with that increased knowledge. Emphasis will be placed on knowing the rules for situations at the start, making mark roundings, and finishing. As our fleet size has grown the need to know the rules has grown ever so important. It is an integral part of our sport and should be understood so as to maintain a safe and level field. Bring your questions for the informal Q&A session.
