J/80 Season Archives20102010 saw 12 boats registered for the summer and fall series. 20092009 saw 17 boats registered for the summer series and 26 boats for the J-Jamboree. 20082008 saw 19 boats registered for the summer series and 25 boats race in a very windy J-Jamboree. 20072007 saw 13 or 14 boats out most Thursday nights with predominately light winds and 28 boats for a windy J-Jamboree. 2006Fleet 1 continued with a great 2006 season, capped off with our hosting the 2006 J/80 North Americans at our J-Jamboree regatta in September. 2005With seventeen boats out regularly for the Spring and Summer series, fourteen most weeks of the Fall, and 25 boats at the Jamboree, it was our busiest season yet out on the water! 2004Fourteen boats competed in the Spring series, and fifteen were regularly on the line for the Summer series. The J-Jamboree saw a total of 22 boats, with 7 visitors. 2003Ten boats for the Spring, and twelve for the Summer series made for a busier-than ever season on the lake. Five visiting and eleven local boats competed in the J-Jamboree. 2002Ten boats competed regularly for the Summer series, and seven for the Spring, and a mix of boats for two Fall regattas. Two visiting and eight local boats competed in the J-Jamboree, along with 8 J/24's. 2001Seven and Nine boats competed regularly in the Spring and Summer series, respectively; due to events surrounding September 11, no J-Jamboree regatta was held. 2000Nine boats competed regularly on Thursday evenings for the Spring and Summer series; two visiting J/80s and seven locals competed in the J-Jamboree. 1999Eight or nine boats competed regulary on Thursday evenings. J/80's outnumbered J/24's at the J-Jamboree. |
